Silver Surfer, Superman, Spiderman & the Mario Bros
CLICK CLICK BOOM!...click click
Wednesday night...we are almost there. I just want to tell you that you(my group members) have been outstanding in this project. Super Heroes!! I am very pleased with our project. Whether we complete it or not we have fuctioned well together as a group...through ups and downs. And I had fun doing it...I am also more aware of how I fuction and act under pressure in a group and so on.
I sure as hell feel that we are going to complete our projet in time and be a success tomorrow...we only have to make that last part to click...
That is all...shout outs to Kasper...you are one hard working dutch motherf**ker! Peace!!
By the way, feel free to identify yourself with any super hero in the headline!

HI, STEPHANIE!
I thought that it was time for me to make an appearance at the blog, more than commenting on your blog posts, so here I am!
It’s just a couple of days from deadline now, and it feels like things are going smoothly. Vedran and Twede, like Yvonne wrote, finished our area in Båtsmanskasernen and it looks friggin’ good. Can’t wait to try the WiiConfess out, I just love results and being apart of something like this.
Kasper is still h4XX1ng with ActionScript in Flash, since I couldn’t help him out because lack of knowledge and time. (I’m sorry Kasper!)
Right about now I feel confident about our project, it’s just myself that I’m disappointed with, I guess it’s just the fall sneaking up on me… (Read more about it in my blog.)
Now Yvonne and I are going to do some stickers for the exhibition! Feels good to contribute with something graphic.

Monday
It feels like we can pull this one off now. Things are starting to form on the screens, like rotating balls and colorful circles bouncing within the frame! The recent problem we encountered is that the balls tends to get stuck on each other after a while of regularly bouncing. Hasn't figured that one out yet so Kasper is going to focus on the appearance of the confessions when clicking on a ball. Vedran and Twede continued with the exhibition area and made the round hanger (for the confession booth screens) more stable. They also solved the problem with the ugly silver duct tape on the white screens by covering it with white paper. Stephanie has written a text for an information brochure to be handed out to the exhibition visitors. I've been refining and doing the layout for the first draft of the magazine article.
Me and Stephanie have been putting up Experience Technology posters in Karlskrona today.

Sunday
Today our tech-guy and project manager returned from his visit in Stockholm, which was a little relief since the programming part didn’t work out very well. It is the Action Script that none of us have worked in that is troubling us. We find it very common that an error occurs within the script and we can’t discover where the wrong lies. Fortunately, Kasper’s got some experience. We had a meeting at 3 p.m. and even though Stephanie was in Malmö we solved that problem using Skype.
Skype for life!
We made a to do-list:
Vedran and Fredrik put up projector screens at Båtmans.
We encountered a little problem tho’; where the second interface will be since we got a place that is located in the middle of the building and it would be hard to project things where it’s crowdy. The back up plan would be Fredrik's flatscreen TV, but then our group's visuals will be of a much smaller size than the other groups probably. We also did some photographing while building this which contributes to the visual material collection for our group. I wrote an article for a group in the Stockholm class. So, the current state is stabile and now the main focus will be the scripting. A lot of scripting.

Hi,
Here is the brochure/information paper that people can use/read before experiencing Wii Confess. They can use it as a tutorial or read it if they are interested to know some more about the whole idea. This represents layout for two pages, and I am not sure yet if we are going to create a frontpage. Maybe it is unnecessary for now. Graphical style/visual identity follows some basic ideas about our interface that is projected on the screen inside the confession booth.
(page to the left is the second page, while the page to the right is the first page)
Only the logotype is still unfinished as we can not agree on how the two "i:s" are going to look like. But I guess that we need to discuss that a bit more.
Feel free to give me feedback.
Peace

OMG
You might wonder where the hell I am and what I'm doing! The exhibition team thing takes more time than I thougt it would. So I'm sorry if I'm not available at all time. Feel free to call me. I try to make our group the first priority, but also the exhibitionpart need alot of focus...without that everything will be crappy for everyone in the end.
At the same time I'm able to make sure we'll get what we need and want!
Peace!!

Peace!!
I feel you, Kasper!
We have to step it up a notch. Put in the next gear!
I'm working on the sketches for the construction and I intend to send them to some construction companies (such as .Beijer) and ask for sponsorship.
I'll update you later!
Peas.

Some more structure!
Allright guys, we got some work to do!
I wanted to discuss this in a meeting today, but then no-one was here at ten and still only three of us are here at 1130.
In short: This weekend we hadn't had a lot of progression and Im not feeling to be a police officer around here to watch if everyone is doing their stuff right, you should have a little of responsibility yourself. I got a bit of progression on the database to > flash part, but that's not enough.
Next we still aren't sure if we could arrange extra materials (Wii controllers, speakers, projectors) because Mathias only could arrange some extra screens. We are supposed to contact Marie again with a solid plan an hope we get our stuff together. I'll be on that today. For the rest a summary of critical points that needs to be done:
* Interface (Kasper & Vedran, due Thursday)
* Right Words & Matching Sounds first draft (Yvonne & Stephanie, due Monday)
-- Usability testing of sounds and interface tue/wed/thursday.
* Right Words & Matching Sounds second draft, final draft (Yvonne & Stephanie, due Wednesday)
* Collection of Materials to build the setup (Fredrik, due Tuesday).
* Installation Realisation (Fredrik, w help from Yvonne & Stephanie when they are done with sounds, due Monday/Tuesday after weekend).
* Networking between computers (Kasper, due Monday / Tuesday after weekend)
-- Usability testing installation (Monday/Tuesday)
* Finetuning experience (Wednesday after weekend)
When you end up feeling no too productive please make a note this to me and or other group members there is always something to do. The parts that are stated above are somewhat global and maybe it's a good idea to break it down to some smaller pieces when you are within these tasks. So you are always able to put someone else on some small parts when needed or usefull.
The things that have a deadline for this Tuesday actually should be done for 95% Today, because Tomorrow we are having lectures and presentations from 09:00 till 17:00. We have nothing from 1100 to 1300, but I'm planning a meeting at that time, so be sure to be there!
And as you know I was planning to go Stockholm this Thursday untill Saturday so I need all of your participation the upcoming days and the trust that you are able to work your 'uiteindes' off when I am not around as well. Stephanie has to go to Malmö as well.
To be clear for the rest of the week; I would like everyone to be at school 09:00 and if we make good progression we can make it later, maybe 10:00. Maybe we should make day to day deadlines because we are running short on time. We have 9 days (including the weekend) to make this happen.
Next to our critical points we have some secondary points such as:
* Magazine (due thursday)
* Visual Identity
Which can be worked on when not knowing what to do.
Let's go for it, shall we?

Yo people... here are the different word groups I was talking about earlier today. We have to pick out a small amount of words from each group and "construct" one smart and effective kind of dictionary that people will use while using our "machine" to communicate to each other. There are several groups of words and each one of them consists important words while constructing sentences so we can´t exclude any group.
Groups:
1. Pronoun (I, You)
2. Verb (go, swim, doing stuff)
3. Substantive (love, meat, milk)
4. Adjective (big, small)
5 Adverb (fast, slow)
6 Conjunctions -binding words (under, before, meanwhile, when)
